Spinal implant + training may restore walking in paralysis patients

Summary
This study tests whether combining spinal cord stimulation with physical therapy can help people with non-traumatic spinal cord injury regain the ability to stand and step. Ten participants who cannot currently walk will receive a spinal implant and undergo daily locomotor training. The goal is to see if this combination improves muscle strength and leg function.
