Summary
This study tested whether watching virtual walking videos could help people with severe mobility impairments feel better. Researchers compared two groups: one that actively participated in 'digital strolling' by moving their arms while watching, and another that simply watched the videos. The goal was to see if this approach could reduce depression and improve quality of life for people who have difficulty walking.
