Summary

This study tests whether pairing electrical stimulation of the brain's hand area with stimulation of a wrist nerve can improve hand and arm function in adults with hemiplegic cerebral palsy (hCP). Researchers will measure changes in muscle responses and dexterity tasks like moving blocks. The goal is to see if this non-invasive technique can help guide future, larger studies.
