This trial tests whether mirror therapy — a low-cost technique where a child watches the reflection of their good arm moving, creating the illusion that their affected arm is moving — can improve arm and hand function in children with hemiparetic cerebral palsy. Twenty-six children aged 6 to 12 will be randomly assigned to receive either real mirror therapy or a sham version alongside standard physiotherapy for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in selective motor control, manual dexterity, hand grip strength, and daily hand use to see if the mirror illusion provides real benefits.
