Summary

This study aims to understand how eating high-fat meals affects inflammation and pain sensitivity in people living with chronic spinal cord injury. Researchers will compare blood markers and pain tests after participants eat different meals. The goal is to learn how body composition and diet might influence ongoing pain after injury.
