Summary
This trial compares several endoscopic surgery methods for removing lesions in the sphenoid sinus, a deep cavity behind the nose. About 60 patients with sinus or skull-base lesions will receive one of five surgical approaches. The study measures how completely the lesion is removed and tracks complications such as spinal fluid leak, optic nerve injury, or infection.
