Summary

This phase 2 study tests whether SPG302, a small synthetic molecule, can safely reduce schizophrenia symptoms in adults. 32 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo. Researchers will measure symptom severity, brain activity, and eye tracking to see if the drug works.
