Can teens help each other fight depression? a small study investigates

NCT ID NCT06066697

Summary

This study aimed to test whether a peer support program, where young people write and share articles about mental health, is a practical and acceptable approach to help with depression. It involved 12 participants aged 14-21 who reported mild depression or anxiety symptoms. The main goal was to see if the program was easy to use and well-liked, not to test if it cured depression.
