Summary
This study tests a drug called sotatercept in 40 adults with a rare complication of congenital heart disease called Eisenmenger syndrome. The goal is to see if the drug can safely lower high blood pressure in the lungs and improve blood flow. Participants will receive the drug for 24 weeks, and doctors will monitor changes in their condition.
