Summary
This study is testing a special soft cast wrap to see if it helps heal foot ulcers in people with diabetes as well as common methods. It will check how well it works, how safe it is, and if patients find it comfortable and easy to use. The goal is to control the wound and prevent complications, not to cure diabetes itself.
