This trial tests whether a technique called socket-shield, which leaves a small piece of the natural tooth root in place, can better preserve bone and gum tissue around a new dental implant compared to the standard method. Adults aged 20-60 who need a front tooth replaced will be randomly assigned to receive an implant using either technique.
