Summary
This study is testing a new social skills training program designed to help Veterans with serious mental health conditions. The program teaches skills for understanding social cues and navigating work relationships, aiming to improve job success and quality of life. Researchers are working with 20 Veterans to see if the program is practical and helpful when combined with standard job support services.
