Summary

This study looks at whether a 16-week program combining mindfulness meditation and Nordic walking-pole exercise can improve physical function, mood, and sleep in adults aged 55 and older. About 1,500 participants will take part from community settings. The goal is to see if this social prescribing approach supports healthy aging.
