Summary
This study tested whether bringing together groups of friends who all have HIV can help them support each other to stay in medical care and take their medication. Over 300 people in St. Petersburg, Russia, took part. The approach aimed to improve viral load, clinic visits, and medication adherence by using natural social connections.
