Summary

This study aims to understand how challenges like unstable housing, food insecurity, and financial strain affect the health of African American adults living with both chronic kidney disease and type 2 diabetes. Researchers will interview participants and collect health data to identify barriers to self-care. The goal is to use this information to design a culturally appropriate support program to improve health outcomes and quality of life.
