Summary
This study tests whether sending text message reminders can help homeless people with uncontrolled type 2 diabetes better manage their condition. One hundred participants will receive SMS prompts for medications and appointments. The goal is to see if this simple approach lowers blood sugar levels and improves medication adherence.
