Summary

This study follows 100 people with high-risk smoldering myeloma, a pre-cancerous blood condition, to learn how it naturally progresses. Participants receive close monitoring with advanced MRI scans and standard care over two years. The goal is to better understand when and how the disease turns into active myeloma, helping doctors improve future treatment decisions.
