Summary

This study aims to help 496 adults who smoke daily quit smoking by testing two approaches together: a medication (varenicline) with or without nicotine lozenges, and a smartphone app with or without extra reminders to take medication. Participants will be followed for 26 weeks to see if they stay smoke-free. The goal is to find better ways to help people stop smoking and lower their cancer risk.
