First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tested a volitional help sheet, a simple planning tool, to help young adults aged 20-45 in Indonesia quit smoking. Over 2700 participants used the sheet to plan how to handle situations that trigger smoking. The main goal was to see if it helped them stop smoking, and researchers also measured nicotine dependence and motivation.
