NCT ID NCT07267936

First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests whether helping both patients and their household members quit smoking together works better than helping patients alone. About 231 patients who smoke and live with other smokers will join a program that offers nicotine replacement therapy and support. Researchers will check quit rates and relapse at 28 days, 3 months, and 12 months, comparing results to past data from patients who got support without their household.
