Summary
This study tested whether daily smell training could improve mood and emotional perception in people with depressive symptoms. 150 participants, including healthy people and those diagnosed with depression, practiced smelling different odors daily for 3 months. Researchers measured changes in smell ability, emotional responses, and depression scores to see if the training helped.
