First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tested whether a special smartwatch could measure blood sugar, blood pressure, and heart signals as accurately as standard medical devices. Researchers compared readings from the LIFELEAF Smartwatch to traditional methods in 87 diabetic patients. The goal was to see if a simple wristband could replace finger pricks and arm cuffs for daily health monitoring.
