Summary
This study is testing if a smartwatch with artificial intelligence (AI) can help people recover after a heart attack. It will see if the watch, worn for 3 months during rehab, can better monitor health, improve quality of life, and reduce return trips to the hospital compared to standard care or a regular smartwatch. The goal is to find a better way to manage recovery and prevent future heart problems.
