Your phone could warn you before depression returns
NCT ID NCT07151846
Summary
This study aims to see if data from smartphones and Fitbit devices can help predict when a person's depression might come back. Over 500 participants, including people with mood disorders and healthy volunteers, will wear a Fitbit and log their mood daily in an app for one year. Researchers will use this information to build computer models that might one day give early warnings of a depressive episode.
