First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study explores whether a smartphone app that tracks how you type can help monitor mood and thinking problems in people with mood disorders like depression or bipolar disorder. About 132 adults aged 25-50 will use the app and have brain scans and thinking tests. The goal is to see if typing patterns can predict mood changes, not to provide treatment.
