Body-Based therapy aims to ease PTSD symptoms

Summary

This study tests a treatment called SMART, which uses movement and body awareness to help adults with PTSD. 80 participants will attend 8 sessions and complete assessments before, after, and 3 months later. The goal is to see if this approach reduces PTSD symptoms and improves body awareness.
