Summary
This study tested a new smart probe that uses electrical signals to tell the difference between healthy lung tissue and tumors during a biopsy. 30 adults with lung lesions had the probe used during their procedure. The goal was to see if the probe could accurately identify cancerous tissue, which could help doctors make more precise diagnoses.
