Summary
This study aims to develop and test artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help doctors prescribe and deliver acute dialysis more effectively for critically ill patients in the ICU. Researchers will analyze data from 7,500 patients to create algorithms that predict better outcomes, such as kidney recovery and survival. The goal is to improve care and reduce costs, but this is an observational study, not a new treatment.
