Summary

This study looks at whether a gentle laser treatment (SLT) works as well as the standard version for people with glaucoma or high eye pressure. It also tests if getting the gentle laser once a year can delay or prevent the need for daily eye drops. About 790 adults will take part to find the best way to manage the disease long-term.
