Summary
This study tested whether aiming a laser at the nasal or inferior part of the eye works better to lower pressure in people with open-angle glaucoma. Thirteen adults with high eye pressure received the laser treatment, and researchers measured how much their eye pressure dropped. The goal was to find the best laser placement to control glaucoma and reduce the need for eye drops.
