Summary
This study tests whether a slow-release form of the hormone DHEA can improve asthma control in adults aged 18 to 50. Standard asthma steroids can lower the body's own DHEA, so supplementing it might help. The trial will compare DHEA capsules to a placebo in 30 participants, measuring asthma control scores and lung function over time.
