Summary
This study tested whether a behavioral sleep program called Sleep Well! is practical and liked by families in urban primary care clinics. About 103 parents and their young children (ages 1-5) with sleep problems took part. The goal was to see if families would stick with the program and find it helpful for improving their child's sleep and behavior.
