Summary

This study aims to understand if racism-related stress makes a common sleep therapy less effective for Black adults who have insomnia and naturally sleep for short periods. Researchers will enroll 100 Black adults to complete a 6-week digital sleep therapy program. They will use smartphone surveys and sleep monitors to track daily stress and sleep patterns to see how they affect treatment results.
