Summary

This study is testing whether a virtual sleep therapy program can help people with type 1 diabetes who also have insomnia. Researchers want to see if improving sleep leads to better blood sugar control and quality of life. They will compare 15 participants receiving sleep therapy to others receiving general health education over 12 weeks.
