Summary

This study tests whether a sleep-focused therapy can improve depression in teenagers whose internal body clock is out of sync with their wake-up time. Researchers will enroll 200 teens with depression and delayed sleep phase. The treatment uses cognitive-behavioral techniques to realign sleep timing, aiming to reduce depression symptoms.
