First seen Dec 05, 2025 · Last updated May 29, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study is testing whether wearable devices like movement sensors, EEG headbands, and smartphones can accurately track sleep stages. Researchers will compare these devices to the gold-standard sleep test (polysomnography) in 96 people, including healthy volunteers and those with sleep problems like insomnia or sleep apnea. The goal is to see if these portable tools can be used for reliable sleep diagnosis at home.
