Summary
This study tested a program combining physical activity and cognitive training in 66 adults over 65. The goal was to see if it could improve sleep quality and overall quality of life. Participants used smartphones and were able to do physical activity. The program was designed by nurses and aimed to be a practical, non-drug approach to common aging issues.
