Summary
This study tests a sleep health program designed for U.S. Marines to see if improving sleep can also improve mental health and reduce suicidal thoughts. About 860 active-duty Marines will be randomly assigned to one of five groups that receive different combinations of sleep programs. Researchers will use surveys and wearable sleep trackers to measure changes in sleep quality, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and suicide risk over 24 weeks.
