Summary
This study aims to see if a special sleep health program can help U.S. Marines sleep better and improve their mental health. Researchers will test three different sleep programs by randomly assigning 860 active-duty Marines to one of five groups. They will use surveys and wearable devices to measure changes in sleep, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and suicidal thoughts over six months.
