Summary
This study tested whether morning bright light therapy could improve sleep, reduce pain, and enhance daily function in 77 veterans with chronic mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI). Participants had ongoing sleep problems and moderate-to-severe pain. The goal was to see if a simple, low-cost light treatment could help them recover more fully and return to normal life.
