Summary

This study looked at 38 adults who usually slept less than 6 hours a night. Researchers helped them increase their sleep to the recommended 7 hours and measured changes in blood chemicals and insulin sensitivity. The goal was to find biomarkers that can tell if someone is getting enough sleep.
