NCT ID NCT07178496

First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether teaching people with chronic neck pain better sleep habits, along with standard physiotherapy exercises, can improve their sleep quality and reduce disability. 120 adults aged 20-55 with poor sleep and neck pain lasting over 3 months will be split into two groups: one gets physio alone, the other gets physio plus sleep hygiene education. The goal is to see if the combined approach leads to better sleep, less pain, and less fatigue.
