Can online therapy heal Grief-Related sleeplessness?
NCT ID NCT05803499
Summary
This study tested a new online program designed to help people sleep better after losing their spouse or long-term partner. 40 participants who recently experienced this loss and had poor sleep were randomly assigned to either a 6-week online therapy course or a single information session. Researchers measured changes in sleep quality, inflammation levels in the blood, and overall well-being to see if the therapy program was helpful.
