Summary
This study looked at how sleep health affects recovery quality in 174 adults having hip or knee replacement surgery. Participants wore activity monitors and filled out sleep diaries and questionnaires. The goal was to see if poor sleep before or after surgery leads to worse recovery, and to find ways to improve sleep for better outcomes.
