First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looked at 198 adults with non-metastatic gastrointestinal cancer to see if taking chemotherapy as a pill (oral) or through a vein (IV) affects sleep quality and depression. Researchers measured sleep and mood before treatment, at 45 days, and at 90 days. The goal was to gather information to help improve patient care, not to change standard treatment.
