Summary

This study looked at whether neck muscle activity during sleep affects breathing in ICU patients recovering from COVID-19-related lung injury. 17 patients had their sleep monitored the night before leaving the breathing machine. The goal was to understand why sleep is often poor in the ICU and how it might affect breathing recovery.
