Summary

This study looked at whether sleeping longer can help lower blood pressure during sleep. 66 adults who slept less than 7 hours a night were split into two groups: one received sleep hygiene advice and tips to extend sleep, the other did not. After 8 weeks, researchers measured blood pressure during sleep to see if the sleep intervention made a difference.
