City Kids' sleep linked to asthma Flare-Ups

Summary

This study looks at how the amount of sleep urban children with asthma get affects their immune system and breathing. Researchers will test 204 children aged 7-11 by changing their sleep times and measuring immune markers and lung function. The goal is to understand why city kids with asthma often have worse symptoms and how sleep plays a role.
