Summary

This study is testing whether a new drug called maridebart cafraglutide can help control obstructive sleep apnea and reduce weight in adults who are overweight or obese and already use a CPAP machine. It will compare the drug to a placebo over one year to see if it reduces breathing pauses during sleep and body weight. The goal is to see if this medication can offer better disease management alongside standard therapy.
