Summary
This study followed 520 French adults with central or mixed sleep apnea to see how a treatment called adaptive servo-ventilation (ASV) improves sleep quality. Participants used the ASV device at night, and researchers measured sleep quality changes over time. The study excluded people with certain types of heart failure.
